The jar is an Apiculture Jar, used to collect honey from beehives. The jar is imbued with magic from the Greengair forest gnomes and will automatically purify the honey, removing any poisonous or otherwise hazardous traits. It won't necessarily fix the taste, though. |

Beeswax is created by an Apiculture Jar that its unlocked to at least Tier 2. Beeswax comes in three tiers, which are determined by the unlocked tier of the Apiculture Jar. Tier 2 jars create Tier 1 beeswax; Tier 3 jars create Tier 2 beeswax; Tier 4 jars create Tier 3 beeswax. |

This is beeswax created by the apiary system. It is Tier 3 of 3. |
|||
At this tier, your beeswax can create wax foraged items, player mail wax cylinders, and lip balm (Makeup 2.0). |
|||
It is currently Tier 4 (out of 4). It's set to create {{blue|sippable honey}}. The walnut-framed jar is currently {{blue|empty}}. |
|||
{{blue|HOW TO USE YOUR BEESWAX}} |
|||

Apiculture Jars allow you to collect honey from any active beehive. The Greengair gnomes have imbued magic in the jar to purify and detoxify any honey collected, which means you can try out some more exotic honey types. They are sold in the Rumor Woods shop Wax Poetic.
Apiculture Jar
The jar is an Apiculture Jar, used to collect honey from beehives. The jar is imbued with magic from the Greengair forest gnomes and will automatically purify the honey, removing any poisonous or otherwise hazardous traits. It won't necessarily fix the taste, though. It is currently Tier 4 (out of 4). It's set to create honey that can be added to brewed tea or coffee. The walnut-framed jar is currently filled with pink clover honey. WAVE jar AT: Collect honey from a beehive. Each beehive has a 10 minute cooldown. TURN: Change the type of honey product it creates. POUR: Create your honey product. CLEAN: Empty your jar without creating honey. FLIP: Rotate through customization types. TWIST: Rotate through settings for current customization type. CLENCH: Create Tier 3 beeswax. POINT jar AT: Set the target as a custom noun for your label design. Custom Jar Descriptions: 1. 2. 3. Custom Label Text: 1. 2. 3. Custom Label Designs: 1. 2. 3. 4. hive (set by POINT) Current finished design: a jar of (flower) honey with a hive-inked label Alteration Guidelines: 1. The jar can be altered freely but must remain a jar or similar container type that can be lidded. 2. Custom jar descriptions should be less than 15 characters and should not include the article. The custom description will be used in the context of: a/an (custom) jar of (flower) honey. Examples: blown glass, blue, cylindrical 3. Custom label text will be the READ of the jar. The text should be of reasonable length for a label. The text can be multiple lines. 4. Custom label designs should be a noun and be less than 15 characters. You cannot include colors or the application type of the design (such as painted or sketched). This will go in the long description as: a/an (custom)-inked label. Examples: oak tree, stylized cat, polar bear, castle
BeeswaxBeeswax is created by an Apiculture Jar that its unlocked to at least Tier 2.
At this tier, your beeswax can create wax foraged items, player mail wax cylinders, and lip balm (Makeup 2.0). HOW TO USE YOUR BEESWAX TURN: Rotate finished product between wax foraged items, player mail wax cylinders, and lip balm (Makeup 2.0). NUDGE: Rotate through designs for your currently selected finished product. * Mailing wax designs require two dye colors. * Lip balm designs require one color. POUR <DYE> ON beeswax: Change the color of your beeswax with cobbling dye. * Mailing wax can have up to two colors. * Lip balm is restricted to one color. POINT beeswax AT <TARGET>: Use the target's noun as the design on your lip balm's label. * This can be pointed at most creatures or objects. CAST: Cast 111, 906, or 908 at the wax to warm it up for 10 minutes. ROLL: Alternative method to warm up your wax for 5 minutes. PUSH: Create your finished product. The wax must be warm! * You must be holding a foraged item in your hand to PUSH the wax when it is set to foraged items. CURRENT SETTINGS Your beeswax will make waxy alterations to foraged items. The final product will update your foraged item's article field to include wax-dipped. * Some existing words may be lost when updating due to character-length restrictions. * The foraged item will no longer be usable in alchemy or for bounties. The beeswax is not currently warmed up. THIS ITEM CANNOT BE ALTERED BY A MERCHANT.
BeehiveBeehives are required to obtain wax and honey with an Apiculture Jar. Beehives can be found in all towns, and it is possible to purchase a certificate to install one inside of a private property. Beehives have a noun of alveary, beehive, beehouse, hive, or skep. See the list of public apiaries below.
