Additional Information
- The pot must be held, at the cook's feet, or on something in the room in order to be used.
- Ingredients are heated by placing the pot on a lit portable stove or hanging it from a cooking tripod over a fire. Each heating pulse adds one heating cycle, and ANALYZE shows how many cycles the pot has received.
- Most pot recipes need a certain number of heating cycles. Finishing with TURN too early leaves the result underdone, and waiting too long burns it.
- EXTINGUISH and LIGHT on the pot move it off of or onto the stove's heating element without removing it from the stove.
- A finished soup or stew holds several servings. GET scoops a serving into a serving bowl held in either hand, or into the cook's hand if there is no bowl. A finished drink is poured into a cup. A spoon or ladle changes the messaging only.
- A finished creation may also be EMPTYed into a serving bowl, or set out on a Basketifier table.
- Liquid and powdered ingredients cannot be taken back out of the pot once added. CLEAN the pot to discard its contents instead.
Restrictions
- The pot cannot be lightened or deepened.
- The pot may be dyed.
