Siolan is a weapon merchant who is known for Siolan weapons.
Appearance
You see Siolan. She appears to be a Half-Elf. She is taller than average and appears to be mature. She has dark-rimmed emerald eyes and alabaster skin. She has very short, spiked copper red hair styled in a disheveled fashion. She has slightly pointed ears. A deep, ragged scar mars her left cheek. She is in good shape.
