An enruned verdigrised bell dangling from an electrum chain was a keepsake giftbox item from the 2019 New Year's Event. After infusing spirit into the bell it becomes a glowing-runed verdigrised bell dangling from an electrum chain. The bell is belt worn and account attuned.

Analyze

You analyze your verdigrised bell and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

This is the 2019 NYE gift that was offered for a limited time.  It cannot be altered in any way.

The bell has the following verbs:

  RING MY bell         - Ring your bell in celebration!
  RAISE MY bell        - Clang your bell eeriely.
  WAVE MY bell         - Startle whatever you're waving the bell at, if infused, sober them!
  INFUSE MY bell       - Infuse a single spirit into the bell.
