Fighting Fans were first sold in the August 2021 run of Duskruin Arena. They can be found in the shop Sparrow's Dance, which is located in Bloodriven Village.

The fighting fan can never have its noun changed, but it is a weapon.
When closed the fighting fan has a blackjack base.
When open the fighting fan has a katar base.

Analyze

You analyze your scarlet leather fan and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

This Fighting Fan is Tier 1 and can be unlocked four more times.  It can be worn on the belt and resembles a blackjack with electrical flares when closed and a katar with air flares when open.  Dual-wielding fans unlocks additional features when both fans are at least Tier 2.  You may LOOK or GLANCE (when held) to quickly see which position it is in.
