Morphing runestaves are items that can transform back and forth between a wearable accessory and a runestaff. Much like other morphing items, each side, accessory and weapon, is able to altered. Originally created by GM Tilmont in 2003, it received a major overhaul in 2021 and is now sold at the Duskruin shop The Modern Morph. AnalyzeYou analyze your wooden runestaff and sense that the creator has provided the following information: This is a Morphing Runestaff, which can be transformed into a wristlet when it is clenched for the cost of 5 mana.
