The merchant, Skryn, has made appearances at several festivals to offer a variety of services.
Appearance
You see Skryn the Damned. He appears to be an Ancient Lich. He is tall. He appears to have one foot in the grave. He has crimson-flecked burning eyes and decaying skin. He has a bald head. He has a skeletal face. He is in good shape. He is wearing a scraggly fake raven-hued beard, a deeply hooded tattered robe, and some rags.
