Grawood Farmstead is a free festival that celebrates the spring and the coming growing season. It is hosted on farmstead grounds near River's Rest. The festival is a hoedown, complete with dancing, games, merchants, shopping, locals, food, cows, and turnips. Meet the folks, visit the town shops, play a few games, and celebrate around the spring bonfire!

Grawood's Annual Spring Farm Festival is just around the corner! The hitching post is almost ready to be set up in River's Rest, and from there, you'll be able to catch a wagon that will take you straight to Grawood's Farm area!

The wagons will be located in River's Rest and will run you back-and-forth from Grawood May 14th (evening) through 21st (evening).

Adventurers must travel to River's Rest to attend this festival.

The hitching post is located on the forested path south of the sanctuary. GO POST will put you on a wagon.

Activities

A variety of mini-games are available during Grawood Farmstead, which cost silvers to play and offer a variety of simple prizes.

• Cow Tipping: With a massive heave and an excess of effort, you put all your weight behind pushing over the already wobbly cow. Its legs buckle beneath it, and it topples over onto its side, where it flails helplessly for a moment before laborously standing back up.
• The Duck Game: Prizes for different ducks.
• Frog Kissing: Give the attendant silvers and kiss one of three frogs. If you kiss the wrong one, it gives you warts and there is a cool down period.
• Maypole Climbing: Score high and get on the scoreboard!

May 20	5:00pm ET	Enhancive cloak a faded red cloak	Maize Maze	This raffle is for the mangy cloak on the table -- I, Katet, didn't have time to clean it out (I have better things to do), so it's gonna feel a little dirty if you decide to wear it. It will enhance, very slightly, your constitution and strength. Once of a rich, vivid crimson fabric, as evidenced by rare patches of almost pristine make, the cloak is currently composed of ratty, faded red swatches of velvet that fray at every corner. What must have been pockets hang like broken limbs from the garment's sides, and rips into the fabric are stitched up at odd angles and, in some places, are stuffed with bits of lint, straw, and cotton. Very short loresong (read: 1 stanza), and a few different messaging results for the Touch verb. Fully alterable provided it remains "shabby" in nature.
May 20	11:00pm ET	Enhancive hat a crisp straw hat	Maize Maze	This raffle is for the straw hat on the table, a hat purchased from the proprietors of Hatters Extraordinaire and then further enhanced. It will enhance, very slightly, your intuition and discipline. Expertly woven, the straw of the hat is in perfect condition -- although stiff and molded, there is just enough bend to allow for comfort. The brim is wide all of the way around the hat, providing shading, though at the very back, it dips up very slightly. There, at the dip, is a small tag embroidered with tiny letters. In the Common language, it reads: Hatters Extraordinaire ~ ~ ~ Located in the Heart of Tamzyrr Unknown script with verb traps: Rub, Push, Close, Open, Pluck, Roll, Scratch, Nod, Nudge, Tickle, Turn, Toss
May 20	11:00pm ET	Enhancive circlet a circlet of dried black roses	Maize Maze	This raffle is for the circlet of dried roses on the table. The flowers were arranged by the proprietors of Grawood Flowers before I, Katet, added some enhancements. This particular circlet will enhance, very slightly, your wisdom and logic. Graewood Farmstead circlet.
May 20	11:00pm ET	Rocket Sheath a charcoal black bone and leather sheath	Maize Maze	This raffle is for the sheath on the table. This sheath was conceived of by the advances of the gnomes, and as such, it will spring certain hurled weapons (daggers, quoits, discuses, and darts) into your hands when you tap the sheath. Of course, enhancements have been added. The sheath will enhance, very slightly, your dexterity and agility.
May 20	11:15pm ET	Enhancive Charm Jewelry anklet a tarnished gold anklet	Maize Maze	This raffle is for the gold anklet, which will be decked with six of our charms, on the table. It will enhance, very slightly, your aura and influence.
May 20	11:50pm ET	Rose of Oleani	Grawood Flowers	This raffle is for white roses that were grown in gardens that are rumored to have been blessed by Oleani herself. They are not worn in any special way, as is fitting for these simple roses. One rose will be awarded to each of three winners.
May 21	11:00pm ET	Private property		This raffle is for a private property that is located on a mining island called Teras Isle. The property is being offered in "as is" condition, with absolutely no remodel or updates of any type available. The property also houses a private enchanting workshop (if you are not a wizard, you will be able to make a one-time designation of a wizard who you wish to be keyed into the workshop.) Monthly rent for the property is 150k, and 3 months of unpaid rent results in repossession. Unlike many properties, the number of keys to this property will be limited. Further rules and restrictions will be explained to the winner before receipt of the property can be completed. This property win is not transferable in ANY way. If you are not able to travel to Teras, you should not enter this raffle.
