Elsia is the merchant responsible for the Fancy Coat line of outerwear.
Appearance
You see Elsia. She appears to be a Sylvankind. She is average height. She appears to be very young. She has wide-set pale silver eyes and freckle-dotted tan skin. She has waist-length, vibrant cobalt and teal hair caught in a messy bun by a variety of windflowers and seashells. She has an angular face, a small sunburnt nose and long tapered ears. She is in good shape. She is holding a shimmering jade green leather arm sheath trimmed with vaalin in her right hand. She is wearing several strands of green leather kelp, a shell-strung chainsil bag, a tunic-style dress of sun-bleached grey linen, some torn taupe suede leggings, and a pair of faded black leather knee-boots.
