Tuning Fork

A tuning fork can boost a bard's Sonic Armaments. It is divided into categories (weapon, shield, and armor), and each category has unlocks to increase the given armament's enchantment by +5 with each unlock, up to a maximum of +15. To summarize the impact, they can boost CS, SMRv2 spell calculations, DS (if you have fewer ranks than level, since most spells cap the bonus at level), and any other calculation that uses spell ranks. e.g., if you're a ranger with less than 100 Ranger Base spell ranks, it would boost your Mobility (618) spell giving you more DS/Dodge. They can only be set to a native spell circle (can't use the Arcane spell circle), and the enhancive is restricted to professions that can learn that circle. Additional Information Vouchers Historically Available at Duskruin A fork-shaped papyrus has been available at the High End Scrip Shop at Duskruin. It can be redeemed to create a tuning fork that will add +5 AS/DS to a Sonic Shield, Sonic Weapon, or Sonic Armor. A fork-shaped papyrus will grant the redeemer a tuning fork that will add +5 to sonic gear. You must decide the creation metal and the destination item (weapon, armor, or shield). Purchase the "silver forked note" to increase the associated enchant of the fork (up to +15). A silver forked note may be purchased at the High End Scrip Shop at Duskruin. It can be used to provide additional +AS or +DS to a Sonic Shield, Sonic Weapon, or Sonic Armor, adding +5 up to the limit of +15. When combined with the maximum enchant of a Sonic Shield, Sonic Weapon, it will grant +50 AS or DS. A silver forked note will increase the potency of a Tuning Fork by +5 (up to +15).
