With the shout of a vociferous cry, Troubador's Rally will allow the Bard to attempt to rally his comrades out of the affects of various status ailments. A strong enough shout will awaken sleeping members of the bard's group, bestir the calmed, unstun the stunned, return lost mobility, and even bring a prone or kneeling comrade to his or her feet.
Even though a bard cannot assist his group members while he is stunned or immobile, he can still attempt to rally himself, however, it will be at a more difficult base rate.
