She appears to be a Sylvankind of the Lassaran D'ahranal.
She is average height and has a curvaceous figure.  She appears to be very young.  She has voluminously lashed glacial blue eyes and soft, creamy white skin.  She has cascading, loosely ringleted purple-sheened dusky blonde hair tousled into a textured bun that is barely restrained by an intricately woven circlet of cracked bone totems and night-dark silk jacquard ribbons.  She has an upturned nose and delicately arched eyebrows.  Dainty but sharp fae-like features dominate her face.  She has a silver-starred twilight black sheen brushed onto her long, rounded fingernails.

History

Missandai was found outside of Icemule Trace in a snowdrift by a local empath. She was raised and trained in the empathic arts.
