If you can only grant a 3% chance, then your cast will add to the 60 minutes of the spell itself, but the lore benefit duration will stay the same and fade before the spell itself. To notify players of this, the lore benefit effect has different messaging when it ends.

Spirit Warding II is a defensive spell that increases bolt defensive strength and spiritual target defense. Bolt defensive strength is increased by 25 and target defense is increased by 15 while under the effects of this spell. When cast and when the spell fades, it appears as a deep blue glow.
