Valinda Bremonce was one of the many ghostly merchants seen in the village of Velathae during the Ebon Gate Festival. Her shop was called Engaged in Elegance.

Her translucent form shifts and wavers in the air currents.  She is average height with ivory skin, and appears to be very young.  She has shoulder length, wavy chestnut brown hair with subtle golden blonde streaks.  She has long-lashed willow green eyes.  She has several strange markings along her collarbone.
She is in good shape, for a spirit.
She is wearing a sleek black silk capelet, a copper-wrapped leaf suspended from a fine silver chain, a stiff black leather corset cinched at the waist to accentuate its hourglass shape, a cherry faille skirt gathered at the hem with a vaalin clasp, and a pair of simple black silk slippers.
