Ymantha is merchant who is able to alter clothing. She was also the lizard lady at the Carnival of Freaks

Appearance

You see Ymantha.
She appears to be a ghost.
Her translucent form shifts and wavers in the air currents. She is average height with heavily makeup-caked skin, and appears to be mature. She has waist-length raven black hair pulled back at the temples and pinned with a netting-draped black satin fascinator shaped like a tiny cylindrical hat. She has absolutely no eyebrows, beryl green eyes, an angular face, and a line of overlapping iridescent green scales along her jawline. She has glossy scarlet lacquer brushed onto her long fingernails.
She is in good shape, for a spirit.
She is holding a gilded sable floral lace gown in her right hand and a length of lilac-sheened velvet in her left hand.
She is wearing a sequin-spangled jacket striped in white and scarlet, some short black satin breeches, and some sheer ebon stockings under some knee-high leather boots
