Haegan's Weaponry

Haegan's Weaponry is Cysaegir's location for purchasing weapons. It is run, obviously by Haegan, and is located towards the eastern side of Cysaegir. From the outside it appears to be a stone mill. Interaction with Haegan is not possible as he does not take the form of a concrete town NPC, hence, little is known about him. However, for some unexplained reason, Urgaen, the owner of the local pawnshop, seems to view Haegan in a negative light, and implies that Haegan overcharges for his merchandise.
