The Magic Item Create spell allows the caster to imbed a spell the have learned into an appropriate imbeddable magical item.

Syntax

Syntax: IMBED {spell#} IN {item} USING {activator} FOR {#charges} CHARGES
{spell#} must be a known spell.
{item} must have been prepared with Imbed Spell.
{activator} may be 'wave', 'raise', 'tap', or 'rub'.
{#charges} may be as many charges as you could cast the spell using the Mana Points you have available.

You have five minutes from the time Imbed Spell is initially cast on an item to actually imbed a spell in that item. You must hold the item that a spell is being imbedded into in your hand.

example: IMBED 506 IN rod USING raise FOR 13 CHARGES

If you try to charge an item beyond its mana capacity, it will only recieve the portion of the requested charges which it is capable of holding.

Note that all activator verbs except 'wave' will render the spell able to be cast on the user of the item only. 'Wave' is required for uses that will involve the item user casting the spell at someone or something else than themselves.
