Mortasha is the artisan responsible for creating specialty dancing shoes. She had an Ebon Gate shop called Like Nobody's Watching.

She is very thin and appears to be mature.  She has stormy grey eyes and milky white, nearly translucent skin.  She has waist length, glossy jet black hair that cascades loosely down her back.  She has a gaunt face and high cheekbones.

She is wearing a tiny onyx shoe pendant strung on a slender silver chain, an off-shoulder blackworked crimson gown with tiny bone buttons down the back, a cobweb-draped black silk musette, and a pair of black leather shoes set on spiky silver heels.
