Covert Creatures features wearable clothing items that you can PUSH a "paper-ready" bug from Bugs on Parade or sea creature from Life Aquatic into it for a costume. These items were sold in the shop Covert Creatures. Tier 1 Allows for one costume and the fluff verbs DANCE and WAVE. Analyze You analyze the burgundy silk blouse and sense that the creator has provided the following information: ~*~ Covert Creatures ~*~ Welcome to Covert Creatures! Created by GM Xynwen for Ebon Gate 2022, this is a costume script that allows you to change its appearance using Bugs on Parade or Life Aquatic. It is Tier 1 out of 4. Utility verbs: * PUSH: Hold a "paper-ready" sea critter or bug in one hand and the blouse in the other to put it in an empty costume slot. [Each Tier adds 1 slot, for a total of 4 costumes + the base item to rotate through] ** NOTE: This WILL destroy the seabeast/bug, and it is a PERMANENT addition to your costume * TURN: Turn rotates through the base item and the costume choices * TWIST: At Tier 4, TWIST will rotate through the illusion options. ** Option 1: No illusion. It just sits in your inventory as normal. ** Option 2: Adds a line about you wearing a costume over your clothes. ** Option 2: Adds a line about you wearing a costume AND hides your inventory. Fluff verbs: dance and wave Current settings: - a shadowed burgundy silk blouse, and its material is silk Alteration Information: * You cannot alter the base or long of each costume, as that comes from the bug. However, you can have the fabric customized for each one, which is used in some of the messaging. You can also add a show for each costume setting. * You can alter the non-costume item, but it does not take a long, just the base 15/15/15 and SHOW * Many merchants can alter, but unlocks are restricted to Ebon Gate for now ~*~ End Custom Analyze ~*~ You get no sense of whether or not the blouse may be further lightened. Usage Verb Style First Third DANCE Seabeast You do the dance. You do the seadragon dance. XXX dances around in her seadragon costume. She does the dance. She does the seadragon dance. WAVE Seabeast Fluttering your arms, you imitate swimming through the ocean in your seadragon costume. Surely everyone will understand that! Fluttering her arms, XXX looks as though she is having a mild seizure while wearing her seadragon costume. Oh! Maybe she's imitating swimming? You did not sign up to play charades, and if you ever do, you have learned who not to partner with. Tier 2 Adds the three verbs BRUSH, SWOON, and TOUCH. Adds a second costume option. Usage Verb Style First Third BRUSH Seabeast You brush your fingertips across the comforting cloth of your costume and strike a seadragon-like pose! XXX brushes her fingertips across the cloth of her costume and strikes a seadragon-like pose! SWOON Seabeast Making the most of your seadragon costume, you mouth blowing bubbles and neighing as you fake a seadragon swoon. Wearing a lilac-tinged leafy celadon seadragon costume, XXX mouths blowing bubbles and neighing before faking a weird sort of swoon. TOUCH Seabeast You sway in place, feeling the cloth of your seadragon costume ripple across your skin. You hope you look just like a seadragon. XXX sways in place in her seadragon costume. You note an unusual glint to the cloth, and for just a moment, you almost believe she is a seadragon. Tier 3 Adds another three verbs which are EAT, HUG, and PINCH. Provides a third costume. Usage Verb Style First Third EAT Seabeast Feeling a bit faint, you stick a piece of your seadragon costume in your mouth, but quickly find it tastes nothing like seadragon, but instead like sea salt, sand, and a hint of murdroot. Disappointing. XXX sticks a piece of her seadragon costume in her mouth and looks disappointed. HUG Seabeast You mime an awkward seadragon hug, almost tripping over your costume. Glancing about as if nothing happened, you pretend to swim underwater. XXX mimes an awkward seadragon hug, almost tripping over her costume. PINCH Seabeast Pinching your fingers tightly on your seadragon costume, you pull it taut and hunch over in a seadragon pose, putting on your most terrifying expression. Tier 4 Add two fluff verbs - ATTEND and POKE- and the ability to TWIST to cycle through costumes. Adds a fourth costume.
