Ruined Tower

The Ruined Tower lies north of River's Rest across from the Maelstrom Bay. This tower was damaged during the Great Cataclysm. In addition, this tower was also the home of the wizard Kiergaunt Pandarre, a student of the elemental planes. There are currently four creatures residing in this location.
