Whispering Willow will allow the caster to whisper to targets that otherwise cannot be whispered to. Those with the Whispering Willow spell already active may WHISPER while immobilized or webbed.

Training in Spiritual Lore, Summoning further increases the caster's whispering abilities.

• 0 - Can whisper to anyone in the same realm, provided that they are outdoors and visible.
• 4 - Can whisper to anyone in the same realm, provided that they are visible.
• 8 - Can whisper to someone invisible and in the same room, provided that you are both outdoors.
• 12 - Can whisper to someone invisible and in the same room.
• 16 - Can whisper to someone in the same realm, provided they are outdoors, regardless of visibility.
• 20 - Can whisper to anyone in the same realm. (See note below)
• 24 - Can whisper to someone in another realm, provided they are outdoors and visible.
• 28 - Can whisper to someone in another realm, provided they are visible.
• 32 - Can whisper to someone in another realm, provided they are either outdoors or visible.
• 36 - Can whisper to anyone. (See note below)

Note: Anyone unlocatable, either due to the room they are in or due to the use of the Unpresence spell, cannot be contacted via Whispering Willow.
