Hiraani Gael Illistim was appointed Chief Scholar by the Argent Mirror, Queen Myasara, around 5110 Modern Era.
Hiraani was most well-known for her work on Elven courts. In recent years, she had published works on Illistim protocols and dynasties, and was proficient with Elven heraldry.
