Nimyaion Illistim

The seventeenth and penultimate dynastic Argent Mirror, Nimyaion was the only son of Tenesi Illistim. He resented his grandmother Lilorandrych for having him raised in the countryside, keeping him away from the court out of what he perceived as an insufferable need for control on her part. He blamed his mother for allowing this to actually happen. Whatever the ultimate nature of his maladjustment, he was not a serious ruler, being more interested in playing the role of a musician than the monarch. His rule was marred with poor decisions.

Nimyaion was born in -21,095 Modern Era (28,012 Illistim), fifty years before the end of his grandmother's reign. His sister Lanenreat, the last dynastic ruler of Ta'Illistim, was born 666 years after him. Nimyaion assumed the Peacock Throne in -18,008 Modern Era (31,099 Illistim) at the age of 3,087 and abdicated the throne to his sister in -16,120 Modern Era (32,987 Illistim) at the age of 4,975. He was one of the only Illistim monarchs to voluntarily leave the throne, but never serve as an advisor to those who followed. He was killed by a thief in Ta'Nalfein, though the precise date is unknown.

He had no heirs, and died alone. He was considered a joke at the time of his death.
