Plague Cowl

The Duskruin Plague Cowl was first sold in 2019 at the Bloodriven Village shop The Sable Quietus. The T1 cowl sold for 2,000 bloodscrip and had a unlock certificate for T2 that cost 5,000 bloodscrip.

It is designed to have special functionality when used with Plague Masks.

Analyze

You analyze your garnet organdy cowl and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
This is a Duskruin Plague Cowl.  It will interact with the Plague Mask when they are both worn at the same time.

Do not change the noun!

When the cowl is worn only it blocks visibility of the following features: nose, mouth, face, facial hair, and some distinguishing marks/unique features.
When the hood is drawn up, it will also hide regular hair features.
The cowl is 2 out of 2 tiers.
