Casting Elemental Detection (spell 405), loresinging, or looking at the anklet will offer more information. You get no sense of whether or not the anklet may be further lightened. ShowThe woven reed anklet appears to contain the spell for the month of Eoantos, which can be activated by waving it. The anklet pulses a soft red glow. UsageThe usage of the item depends upon the monthly spell it contains. If it contains a defensive spell, the activator is RUB.
