Resist Elements creates an area of near-constant temperature around the target, confering a bonus to bolt defensive strength for some bolt spells.
Effect
- +15 bonus to fire, ice, and electrical bolt defensive strength
- a bonus to resisting damage caused by inclement weather conditions (i.e. in Ice Mule Trace).
