The Symbol of Diminishment, governed by Lord Cholen, is obtained at the fourth rank of the Order of Voln. When successfully used, it will temporarily reduce the targeted undead's DS, UDF, TD, and CMAN defense by -1 per Voln rank (capped at -26 for Voln Masters). The target will remain in a diminished state for 2 seconds per member's rank with a maximimum duration of 52 seconds for Masters of the Order.
