Malvernus

Malvernus is a representative of the Hall of Mages. His actual duties and responsibilities are unclear, but he seems to be at least responsible for cleaning up other people's messes.
Appearance
You see Malvernus the Wizard of the Hall of Mages. He appears to be a Human from Selanthia. He is tall and appears to be in the prime of life. He has intense, bright silver eyes and fair skin. He has shoulder length, straight dark brown hair salted with grey along the sides. He has an angular face, a hooked nose and a trimmed dark beard with touches of grey. He is holding a pale illthorn staff with sigils carved along its length in his right hand.
He is wearing a hooded charcoal cloak, a fine crimson wool robe, a sigil-tooled leather bracer, a gold-trimmed bright white belt with a crimson drake buckle, a gold-bound fireleaf scabbard, a pair of crisp black linen pants, and some soft leather boots.
Background
Malvernus restored Raelee's magic and drove off the witch, Raznel, with a magical dagger. He aided the adventurers at White Manor by burning it down during the escape and tends to prefer fire as his specialty. He also melted the Abomination of Walkar in Solhaven during an assault. His last sighting was during a reprimanding of Magister Raelee and announcing the Royal Magister had revoked Pylasar's privileges as a Grand Magister.
After his business in Tamzyrr he was appointed the regional representative of Vornavis by the Royal Magister. He appeared during court on 1/31/5115 at the Court of Baron Dunrith Malwind to announce such news.
