It is my understanding that every item that a gem can be inserted/removed is Joola, correct? I have a circlet that is worn in the features that the gem can be swapped out. It was sold at Frontier Days 3 or 4(?) years ago and I believe altered by Joola herself. It is on Lasentra if you want to check it out. VANKRASN39 (talk) 12:54, 2 March 2015 (CST)
- The feature-altering switchable gem jewelry predate my being on staff and aren't related to Joola in any way. I believe they debuted at GameMaster Thandiwe's Aldoran merchant at Ebon Gate in 2007. I created Joola items in 2011. Only the items that have the ANALYZE in this article are Joola items. I've never sold the feature-altering jewelry and was not the one to alter your circlet. I don't know that it has a fancy name, it's just feature-altering swappable gem jewelry. It has no tiers to unlock. GameMaster Vanah (talk) 13:10, 2 March 2015 (CST)
I also have a few kinds of gem swapping items. Asp- and hawk-themed wood torcs (very simple and does not seem like Joola's work), I think they were part of a CHE event. There are also containers from an event a few years ago that let you set a gem as the clasp/toggle, and also a corset that accepts gems (becomes "corset studded with {gem}") instead of ribbons. All I know is that these were from smaller festivals and that these are also not Joola gem-swapping items, but I forget exactly where they came from. CYAKNIGHT (talk) 21:10, 20 October 2015 (CDT)
