Ebon Gate tickets premiered at Ebon Gate 2015 as a new currency distributed in the Halfway Midway games in place of Tier 2 and Tier 3 prizes that had been trashed in previous years. Like Bloodscrip, Ebon Gate tickets are physical item in game and must be REDEEMed by a character to use. Once they are redeemed they cannot be removed from that character to be given to another. There are two shops on the Halfway Midway to redeem Ebon Gate tickets for prizes. Use TICKET to see how many Ebon Gate tickets (and other currency) are applied to a character.

Entry

[Halfway Midway, South Wall]
The prize wall is surrounded by balloons, though some are deflated or soiled with bird droppings. Items hang on hooks and sit on a long rickety counter for perusal. The ground is littered with torn ticket stubs. A trampled dirt path leads back to the Midway.
Obvious exits: west
It's a shovel.  You dig with it.  You like digging.  We know you like digging, so buy some shovels!

On the long rickety counter you see:

The wool robe is a completely unlocked armor concealer.
The ramie silk shirts, ivory silk blouse, green cotton shirt, and ramie silk shirt are all fancy and can be tucked into your pants so you look presentable.  Mother would be proud.
The potions bag holds potions and only potions.  It's fancy for grabbing them though!
Leather belt pouch, brown leather satchel, and black leather longcloak are what we like to call "Discreet Containers"
The tube holds cigars.  And lockpicks.
The tool roll and leather case are perfect for all your small tools and can be rolled up for convenience!
The pumpkin cloak smells like pumpkins.  Could probably find someone to make it smell like something else though.
The sling and baldric are weapon displayers.
The gem pouches are very secure.
The black silk reticule is perfect for a night out.
The talisman pouch will hold a single tiny item or charm near your heart, for comfort, or magical warding, or something.  Who knows, but you should buy one!

The Fire Spirit token will change the flares you launch to resemble "a glittering rotating carousel with a peaked crimson and gold canopy."

The Raise Dead token will allow a life-giver to relive the amazing experience of finding loot while digging up the graveyard!

The Tremors token will allow the user to send out inky tendrils while TAPping a runestaff to EVOKE the Tremors spell!  Please note that it will ONLY WORK WITH A RUNESTAFF, WHICH IS TAPPED.  ONLY.

The Blink token will allow the user to vanish as a swarm of bats flies around them, whenever they Blink away from danger.

The Tangleweed token will allow the user to summon dirge-vaon vines when they cast Tangleweed.  Watch out for sharp thorns!

The Floating Disk token will enable your floating disks to appear "coffin-shaped."

The Manna Bread token will allow the user to SUMMON CUSTOM Manna Bread in the form of a pumpkin spice muffin.

In the large iron-banded chest you see:

West

[Halfway Midway, South Wall]
Dirty streamers adorn this western side of the prize wall. A large harbinger skull has been mounted atop the wall, its eyes watching over the spoils below. The ground around a long rickety counter is littered with torn ticket stubs.
Obvious exits: east
The dirk, backslasher, sword-breaker, and waraxe are all new and have many ways to play with 'em.  Don't stab yourself!
Orase staff is a wand holder.
Skinning knife is enhancive and helps a tiny bit with skinnin', barely enough to notice.
The cloak and dress are reversible and have another side.
The wolf fur coat is fancy and will work even better in snow and ice, lots of ways to play with it.
The sheaths and scabbard are identifying sheaths, they'll make noise depending on what kinda weapons go into 'em.
The faewood staff is fine and dandy with a lot of neat ways to play with it.
