Elemental Strike is a warding-based spell that inflicts a burst of elemental energy upon the target, causing immediate health point damage followed by a critical of a particular element.
This spell also applies Staggered using the standard negative duration formula.
One who is attuned to a particular element will produce an Elemental Strike of the selected element. If the caster is not attuned to any element, a random element out of the five will be chosen each time the spell is cast.
