Villicent is a merchant who was featured at Windfellow's Retreat, the Premium festival held in 5119. She worked on portrait lockets in the Ivory Mask.
Appearance
You see Villicent. She appears to be an Elf. She is average height. She appears to be in the bloom of youth. She has wide-set amethyst eyes and alabaster skin. She has thick, champagne blonde hair that cascades to her waist in a riot of tightly spiralling curls. She has a plain face, a narrow nose and delicately arched eyebrows. She is in good shape. She is wearing a twisted gold chain suspending a simple rectangular locket, a full-skirted cream kirtle trimmed in gold brocade, a cream and verdigris silk reticule, and a pair of emerald velvet flats.
