Appearance
You see Arcanist Leghan. He appears to be a Paradis Halfling. He is average height. He appears to be in the prime of life. He has silver-flecked crystal blue eyes and freckled skin. He has wavy, golden brown hair shaved at the temples. He has a fleshy face, a button nose and large feet. He is in good shape. He is holding a bronze framed eisenruck with polished vultite panels in his right hand. He is wearing a supple purple satin hat, and a velvet tunic with gilded sleeves. </pre.
