Manna (203) creates a lump of bread (some manna bread) that, when eaten, increases a character's mana and spirit regeneration rates, provided that they do not enter combat (attacking, casting a spell of war, or being attacked).
The bread created by this spell will restore a number mana points every minute based on the bread maker's Major Spiritual spell ranks. The formula is 1 + 1 per seed 4 spell ranks. For example, it will provide +5 mana every minute once the caster knows up to spell 222, +8 mana at 249, +12 mana at 299, etc. Non-native casters will not be able to generate more than 1 mana per minute. Training in Spiritual Lore, Blessings also adds to the maximum mana benefit.
