Kynsella a'Vatale Storyline Flight of the Manticore Nations on the Brink Gender Female Race Human Culture Torre Status Alive Relationship(s) Count Clarence Claybourne

Kynsella a'Vatale is a young human related to Count Clarence Claybourne of Torre who is being permitted to serve as emissary to River's Rest. At some point she was given the title of Delegate of County Torre. She also holds the title of Margravine of the Sea Princess, placing her third in line of succession. Kynsella's mother is the Viscountess of Torre and the heir apparent to Count Claybourne.

In 5121, Kynsella attended an expedition to find the Manticore near Icemule Trace, where it was found grounded and in the process of being repaired by Hauptwhistle. She continued to monitor the "Manticore situation" on behalf of Torre's interests.

In late Lormesta 5123, Kynsella met with the merchants of River's Rest, successfully convincing them to change some of their pricing practices to encourage more commerce in the town.

While she was not present during Lady Sayilla Javilerre's overland journey between River's Rest and Brisker's Cove, she ensured that preparations were made to see Sayilla off and safely through Torre. Following the deaths of Lady Kasendra Malwind and Sayilla in Fashanos 5123, Kynsella corresponded by mail with both the Viscountess and Count of Torre. She has held public sessions with the citizens of River's Rest about current events.

Kynsella was among those dignitaries present for Kasendra's vigil in Vornavis Keep, in addition to Elidal Dhenin of the Barony of Darkstone, Mayor Talliver Dabbings of Icemule Trace, Eylna Villaune of Oire, and Juramis Du'Lasfeur of the Darkstone Bay Consortium.

She is tall and lithe.  She appears to be young.  She has malachite-stippled bright violet eyes and freckled skin.  She has waist-length, wavy garnet and ebon hair tumbling loosely down her back.  She has a fine-boned face, a slender nose and a small scar bisecting her left eyebrow.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a deep blue mermaid's-tear sapphire ferroniere on twisted copper chains, a silvery black velvet choker with a midnight blue pearl dolphin intaglio, a silvery black velvet cape with a sapphire-set ivory stork clasp, an ebon Vornavian silk armband, an ebon sea silk gown cinched by a finely boned blue-black brocade bodice, a green-black twisted imflass wristlet inset with an ivory lily, a heavy sapphire signet ring, and a pair of ebon silk slippers.

She appears to be a Human from Torre.

She is wearing a silk-lined blue-black wool cloak, a supple leather satchel slung over her shoulder, a white muslin dress shirt buttoned with blue tidal pearls, a heavy sapphire signet ring, a dark sapphire blue silk sash swirled with ivory arabesques, a violet sea silk and silvery velvet mesh pouch, some elegant dark wool breeches, and some knee-high dark leather boots backlaced with golden ties.

With a flick of her wrist, Kynsella spins her sai around and smoothly slides it into an ivory and sapphire scabbard.
