Suspended from a golden chain, an enormous crystal and votive-filled chandelier hangs over a central hug and table, providing ample illumination for the circular vestibule. Golden linden planks mix with ebonwood to create a striped paneling along the lower half of the surrounding walls, while the tops are covered in painted silk to create a colorful mural. A flight of mahogany stairs leads to the level above, while a heavy golden linden door is open in the eastern wall and a narrow hallway provides access to a sprawling kitchen.

Lush verdant green carpeting creates a muffling effect to the parlor, causing the sounds in the rest of the house to fade away. Frosted hurricane lanterns are evenly spaced upon the cloth-covered walls and are held aloft by miniature shepherd's hooks anchored to the burgundy chainsil walls. Armchairs are scattered about the room amid low tables and decorative cases. You also see a heavy golden linden door, a robed fusion shaman and a glowing green basin.

The fusion shaman is a tall creature of inscrutable age and skeletal build.  Mold-spotted remnants of fine garb swathe him from head to ankles, but the shattered bones of his feet glare through the ruined crimson and emerald slippers he wears.  One of them has a crumpled silver bell stitched to its toe.  The clashing combination of colors is echoed in the shaman's garb, from corroded metal shoulderpads limned in the trio of hues to a series of musty scarves tied about his neck and waist.

Occupying the entire upper level of the manse, the study is both expansively lit by candles and surrounded in scarf-wrapped polished glass windows that offer ample natural lighting. Ebonwood bookcases line every bit of the walls that aren't occupied by a window, while dark walnut tables are arranged in the center and surrounded by oiled leather armchairs. Smaller, more private nooks can be seen to the east and west of a flight of mahogany stairs that lead to the lower level.

Wrapped in a towering ebonwood bookcases, the nook is a somewhat private booth covered in decorative rugs that complement the floral-patterned walls. Though no windows are present, lighting is not an issue as wall sconces housing frosted globes are prevalent in this area. A small sign offers information for the curious. You also see a diminutive korrigan.

The korrigan doesn't stay still long enough for you to investigate her details too much, but one distinct, unmistakable feature is that of her eyes - deep emerald green like polished gems, free of fractures and irregularities, and mesmerizingly perfect.
