While singing Song of Valor the Bard is able to create an aura of protection around himself and increase his DS by +10 against melee, ranged, and bolt, along with another +1 DS for every 2 Bard spellsongs above 1010. Song of Valor also helps against fear-based attacks.
Mana cost: 10, +1 for every 2 DS bonus above +10.
Renewal Cost
3 MP, +1 for every 5 DS bonus over +10.
