Strength increases the target's strength (but does not directly enhance the Strength stat), effectively increasing attack strength (AS) using melee weapons and reducing encumbrance. This spell adds a base of +15 to a character's AS, which can be increased with training in Elemental Lore, Earth.

Lore Benefit

Training in Elemental Lore, Earth, provides an additional bonus to the base +15 AS by seed 4 summation of ranks. The lore benefit is only seen when the spell is used on the caster, not when cast on others. Further, the lore bonus (unlike the base bonus provided by the spell) only provides a bonus to attack strength; it does not provide benefits towards reduced roundtime when using ranged weapons.
