Attuned prayer beads

Attuned prayer beads are scripted prayer beads that can be attuned to a deity in the hands of a paladin or cleric using the verb COVER. The beads will then be linked to the deity to whom the paladin or cleric is converted. The original version of these prayer beads were introduced at the Icemule Temple re-dedication in 2002. They came as either white monir or dark fel, and must remain such. A newer set was introduced at the Ebon Gate festival circa 2010. These did not have the material restriction. Analyze Unattuned The creator has also provided the following information: These marble prayer beads are not yet attuned. COVER allows a cleric or paladin to attune the beads to their patron deity. They may be freely altered but must remain "prayerbeads" or "prayer beads." Activating verbs: RUB, KISS, TURN, SHAKE, PULL, PINCH, GAZE, RAISE, WAVE. Attuned You analyze your prayer beads and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: These prayer beads are attuned to Imaera. They may be altered, but must be white monir or dark fel. Activating verbs: RUB, KISS, TURN, SHAKE, PULL, PINCH, GAZE, RAISE, WAVE. You get no sense of whether or not the beads may be further lightened. Usage The possible messages received are based on one of three things: Unattuned beads - the beads have not been covered to convert them to a deity. Follower - the attuned beads are being used by a converted follower of the deity. Non-follower - the attuned beads are being used by someone who is not converted to the bead's deity.
