Sandstorm when summoned, creates a focused whirlwind which, over time, builds to a raging sandstorm that will periodically attempt to directly damage its target. The storm's damage cycles will continue until either the target dies or the storm dissipates. Injuries caused by the storm will be either impact from blowing sand or unbalance from the swirling winds. Additional sandstorm casts (stacking) directed at the target will speed up the summoning process and also increase damage. Ranks in both Elemental Lore, Air and Earth enchance this spell (see Lore Benefits section for details).
