Elemental Focus adds a base of +20 to bolt AS. Additional training in the Major Elemental spell circle increases the bolt AS bonus by +1 for every 2 major elemental spells known over 513, capped at ranks equalling a character's level.
Lore Benefit
Training in Elemental Lore, Fire will add +1 AS for each seed 4 summation of ranks per consecutive bolt attack on the same target, capped at +25 total AS boost. The AS will increase whether or not you actually hit the target, and only while casting bolt spells. Casting at another target removes this boost.
Casting non-bolt spells or general area spells (e.g. Elemental Wave (410) or Cone of Elements (518)) will not affect the focusing boost.
