Coelian was the host of the Chilling Tales contest at the 5122 Evermore Hollow Ebon Gate festival.
Appearance
You see Coelian. He appears to be a Coblynau. He is tall. His age is indeterminate due to the shifting nature of his features. He has piercing blue-green eyes and heavily wrinkled, fair skin. He has shoulder length, tousled honey blonde hair. His head is disproportionately large for his body, and his long arms extend almost to the ground. Catlike whiskers, long and white, extend from around his bulbous nose. He is in good shape. He is wearing a woebegone prize satchel, a torn white shirt with a cord of tarnished beads and feathers dangling from one pocket, some vaalin-threaded black breeches with large pockets, and some sturdy black boots with jagged claw marks on the toes.
