Luukosian deathwort is a plant which has unusual properties. It can be seen in Sanctum of Scales. It is claimed that anyone poisoned with the plant is unable to be resurrected, and that the herb can permanently sever the connection between body and soul. At times it has appeared as a green paste or froth smeared on the lips of corpses, or black veins surrounding the wound of those injured with a weapon coated by it. The herb is banned in the Turamzzyrian Empire.
Known Historical Use
- 4307 - Emperor Bezzender Anodheles and his heir are assassinated by the House of Lampion
- 4832 - Empress Selantha Anodheles II's son Morlan Anodheles is assassinated by his half-brother Valkern Anodheles
- ~5074 - Sentinel Calquinor was poisoned and killed
- 5103 - Empress Mynal'lyanna was assassinated by a rogue witch-hunter whose bolt was covered in Luukosian deathwort.
- 5108 - Cerianna Lefante was killed by a blade coated with deathwort
