Valons DeRighter, leader of House DeRichter, took control from House Lefante after Casler’s ship went down. He rules the Warren with an iron fist. It is rumored he looks to extend his influence to the rest of the town. He was responsible for the brand on Cerianna Lefante. Messers was a lieutenant of his who recruited town residents to help him accomplish his goal of getting rid of Haniks Hallower and placing the blame on Casler Huntington.
