Percy was the steward of the restaurant on the top floor of the Stone Eye in the town of River's Rest.
As well as seeing to the service of food and drink, Percy also arranged passage from River's Rest via the smuggler's cutter Live Bait.

Percy's Appearance
- Percy is a distinguished human gentleman of indeterminate years. Small streaks of gray may be seen in his once jet black hair, lending him an air of distinction. His open smile and crystal blue eyes seem to welcome you warmly to his establishment.
