Lafevartas

Lafevartas is one of the Ta'Vaalor guardsmen posted at the Vermilion Gate, the northeastern gate of the city of Ta'Vaalor.

Description

Lafevartas is young, of average height, and has a shapely build and a tanned complexion.  Bright green eyes that constantly dart about are framed by short, curly auburn hair.  Lafevartas is dressed in a dark red coat trimmed with bright gold piping, which also has two broad gold stripes across the left arm.  Her pants are a matching red with the cuffs tucked into knee-high dark leather boots.

A pair of well-dressed elven revelers go by, and Lafevartas longingly gazes after them.

A passing merchant wagon kicks up a cloud of dust, leaving the guards coughing and sputtering.  Thaevar recites, "As the Arkati will it, so it shall be," to which Lafevartas rolls her eyes.

As a group of finely dressed nobility passes by, Lafevartas gazes longingly at their finery.  Noticing this, Thaevar shakes his head and intones, "Lust not after the worldly goods, First Legionnaire.  It does your mortal soul no good."  Lafevartas blinks and scowls at Thaevar before snapping, "Quiet up and eyes front, Squire."

Lafevartas catches herself staring wistfully into the river's murky waters.  With a start, she glances up and around, her eyes narrowing as she surveys her surroundings.

Lafevartas adjusts her equipment and frowns at nothing in particular.

Lafevartas checks the edge on her weapon.
