Parlay Storyline Cross Into Shadows Gender male Race halfling

Parlay is a halfling pirate and occasional merchant. He is captain of the small ship called the Fall of the West.

Appearance

You see Captain Parlay the Pirate Lizardbreeder Toymaker Extraordinaire.
He appears to be a Halfling.
He is short and appears to be in the spring of life.  He has big and bright sea green eyes and tan skin.  He has raggedly cut, thick dark green hair.  He has a small face, a straight nose and tiny scratch marks on his neck and cheeks.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing tiny salt-stained tricorn with a baby amber-eyed lizard sleeping within its folds, a gold lizard-shaped talisman, a pudgy toy pack, a small set of jam-smudged leathers, a bulging pouch that shifts about, a silver scabbard, some stained black pants with tattered and dirty cuffs, and a tiny pair of scuffed black boots.

Background

In the summer of 5112, Parlay used his ship to help Elanthia's finest adventurers board the krolvin Krentuk's flagship where they were able to defeat the warlord. After undergoing repairs to his ship, Parlay set sail for the high seas with the promise to return again to visit more often.

Some time later, Parlay won ownership of the Albatross, a river gambling boat, from the former captain Gostahl in a high stake bet. Parlay has since sold his old ship, the Fall of the West, to Councilman Stephos DeArchon who hired a crew to run it, including Captain Jellybeard Brindlebay and the half-krolvin Falzcrow as the Quartermaster.
