Krulgon "The Bear" Stormthrower was chieftain of the Baloran Tribe of T'Kirem Bear Clan. He came to power in 4431 upon his father's death. His legacy lies in his loss at the Battle of Wefter's Vale in 4437.

His forces retreated entirely from the Highmount region of the Turamzzyrian Empire by 4457.
