Basic gambling kits have 2 tiers to unlock. Tier 2 kits are fully unlocked. There is one level above this called "auction" level which may include additional games and hold coins weightlessly.

Fully unlocked "auction level" kits have been released that hold 50,000 silvers with two games, and other kits exist that hold various silver quantities in between, some have even been released with self-knowledge of various spells. Some of the games that might be installed on a gambling kit include Roulette and Adventure Wheel. ===Tier 2===
Tier 2 Gambling Kits analyze as fully unlocked. Unlocked Gambling Kits are capable of storing silvers inside. Unless the kit has an additional weightless coin storage applied to it, the silvers inside are not weightless.

Unlocked Gambling Kits can unfold into a table that can be placed on the ground, which shows up in the room when the kit is opened up and PLACEd onto the floor. This table can be customized by a merchant. Gambling Kits are not janitor-proof when placed out as a table.
The creator has also provided the following information:

LOOKing in a kit will tell how many silvers are inside. TOSSing the kit will put silvers into the kit from a character's pockets, and GATHERing the kit will put the silvers back into a character's pocket.

Tier 3
Tier 3 Gambling Kits analyze as fully unlocked with special features. Previously referenced as an "auction" tier unlock, the addition of special features for a Gambling Kit involves a variety of gambling games that can be played with it when placed out in table form.

Weightless Coin Storage
Weighless coin storage is a separate unlock that is typically only present on Tier 3 or (sometimes) Tier 2 Gambling Kits. The available coin storage is now weightless up to a certain threshold, which may vary. Weightless coin storage capacities available at Duskruin have included 5k, 10k, and 25k silvers amounts. Higher amounts of 50k silvers have been available even more rarely, such as at special auctions. Weightless coin storage is noted specifically in the Gambling Kit's analyze information if it is present.

Additional Information
This item must stay a case or kit of some sort. When altering, keep in mind that the case's messaging references it having a small, large, and secret compartment, a cubbyhole, and a narrow slot. The table (on top) cannot be deepened.
Prior to their availability at Duskruin, both special features (gambling games) and weightless coin storage were considered "auction" tier unlocks, however both are now substantially more accessible.

Fully unlocked "auction level" kits have been released that hold 50,000 silvers and have both games, and other kits exist that hold various silver quantities in between. Some have even been released as spell knowledge items with various spells. Some of the games that might be installed on a Gambling Kit include Roulette and Adventure Wheel.
This item can have a custom description when placed on the ground and can hold 25000 silvers weightlessly.

Availability
The current description when placed on the ground is a bejeweled quartz stone sideboard with a show/long description of a bejeweled quartz stone sideboard embossed with a coiled maze roa'ter.
Locked Gambling Kits are sold on the Albatross, where the script debuted, in the Albatross Gift Shop for silvers while Gambling Kit with varying unlocks are sold at Duskruin in Gamac's Goods.

The Gambling Kit is a fluff and mechanical storage script that applies to container items. It was originally released at Albatross by Gostahl. The following facets are able to be customized by a merchant: table description. With varying unlock options, they have access to a variety of gambling games, coin storage, and weightless coin storage. They are not safe on the ground if the owner leaves the room.

Analyze

You analyze your quartz stone case and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:

The quartz stone case is a Gambling Kit. It is fully unlocked with special features.

You could OPEN, CLOSE, PUSH, PULL, WEAR, REMOVE, TOSS, GATHER, PLACE, GET, LATCH, UNLATCH, SPIN, or TURN the case.

This item must stay a case or kit of some sort. When altering, keep in mind that the case's messaging references it having a small, large, and secret compartment, a cubbyhole, and a narrow slot. The table (on top) cannot be deepened.

This item can have a custom description when placed on the ground and can hold 25000 silvers weightlessly.

The current description when placed on the ground is a bejeweled quartz stone sideboard with a show/long description of a bejeweled quartz stone sideboard embossed with a coiled maze roa'ter.

You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the quartz stone case for you or have its pockets deepened.

Usage Information

Tier 0

Tier 0 Gambling Kits analyze as locked. Off the shelf verbs include CLOSE and OPEN. The kit cannot be placed on the ground nor changed into a table. In its current state, it can not hold any silvers, and does not have any games. It has special messaging for placing certain types of items inside or retrieving them.

Verb Item First Third

Verb Game First Third
PEER - As you peer at the red oak case, you see a small piece of paper containing the rules for roulette and adventure wheel.

Roulette
The game of roulette consists of a wheel with 38 stops and a silver ball. Each stop is slotted so that the ball can rest after the wheel spins. The slots are numbered from 1 to 36, with zero and double zero slots as well. Each number has a color assigned to it, either red or black, except for both zero spots.

Adventure Wheel
The adventure wheel consists of a wheel with 100 spots, a lever, and a red arrow. Once you turn the lever, the wheel will spin, and once the wheel comes to a stop, the red arrow will point at a symbol on the wheel. There are four types of symbols -- creature, treasure, a jackpot, and the infamous thief. The creature symbols include kobolds, roltons, goblins, orcs, trolls, thraks, krolvin, shan, trali, hisskra, grutik, centaur, burgee, wyverns, minotaurs, elementals, griffins, and undead. The treasure symbols include silvers, gemstones, artifacts, and scrolls. The jackpot of riches and the infamous thief are only a single spot on the wheel.

Prior to their availability at Duskruin, both special features (gambling games) and weightless coin storage were considered "auction" tier unlocks, however both are now substantially more accessible.

Fully unlocked "auction level" kits have been released that hold 50,000 silvers and have both games, and other kits exist that hold various silver quantities in between. Some have even been released as spell knowledge items with various spells. Some of the games that might be installed on a Gambling Kit include Roulette and Adventure Wheel.

Availability

Locked Gambling Kits are sold on the Albatross, where the script debuted, in the Albatross Gift Shop for silvers while Gambling Kit with varying unlocks are sold at Duskruin in Gamac's Goods.

Restrictions

This item must stay a case or kit of some sort. When altering, keep in mind that the case's messaging references it having a small, large, and secret compartment, a cubbyhole, and a narrow slot. The table (on top) cannot be deepened.
