Hybrid

To understand hybrid professions, one must understand that there are three different spheres of magic: Spiritual, Elemental and Mental. Professions can either align with just one of these circles or mix two of them. Those that combine magic from two different spheres are called hybrids.

Hybrid professions are also characterized and easily recognized by cheap TP costs associated with two different types of Mana Control skills.

Some non-hybrid classes are:

• Clerics, who are solely spiritual.
• Wizards, who are solely elemental.
• Savants, who will be purely mental (whenever they're going to be here!).

While some hybrid classes are:

• Sorcerers, who dabble in the Spiritual and Elemental realms.
• Empaths, who are planned to span the Spiritual and the Mental realms. However, they have not yet migrated from the Major Spiritual to the Minor Mental spell Circle.
• Bards, who are a semis that are both Mental and Elemental.
